The Office of Research and Development provides administrative assistance and services to faculty with regard to their research projects and student's on-the-job training as well as career placement. The duties of each division are as follows:

I) Planning Division
1. Compilation of the university mid-term development plan.
2. Management of faculty research projects funded by government or private funds.
3. Management of patents, technical transfers, and industrial-academic joint research projects.
4. Management of the faculty specialty database.

II) International Affairs Division
1. Internationalization of the university.
2. Management of affairs relating to international collaboration.

III) Career Placement Division
1. Management of students' clinical practice and industrial internships.
2. Management of academic-industrial cooperation.
3. Student career placement.
4. Organize campus recruitment.
5. Alumni services.
